TOURNAMENT ENTRY CARDS AND INFORMATION

The deadline for entries has been extended to June 1, 2024. Please read the directions below:

Directions for International Players

1. Read the "Letter to International Players".

2. Look at the invitation.

Print the following cards, so you can fill them out.

3. Fill out the "International Entry Card".

4. Fill out the "Practice Round Partner Request/Extra Practice Round Request Card".

5. If your wife or a guest is coming, please have her fill out the "Ladies/Guests Entry Card".

6. Make your room reservation using the "Tamaya Room Reservation Information" card.

7. Take a picture of your forms and email them to Dianne Yelton at [email protected].

Directions for U.S. Players

1. Fill out an application for membership. (You can find it on the main page of the website where it says, "WSGF Membership Application".)

2. On the blank that says, "WSGF Member Sponsor", if you don't know a member of the World Senior Golf Federation, then you can have a pro at your golf course sign that line.

3. Mail the application and a check for $100 to Dianne Yelton, World Senior Golf Federation, P.O. Box 649, Alexandria, KY 41001

OR take a picture of the application and email to Dianne at [email protected] and use Zelle from your bank account and send $100 to WSGF's bank using Dianne's email address.

OR take a picture of the application, email it to Dianne, and mail the check to the address in #3.

4. Dianne will submit the application to the board for approval.

5. Print out the cards to join the tournament, fill them out, and email them to Dianne or send them through the mail using the address in #3. Use Zelle to send your payment or mail a check to Dianne. (No charge cards are allowed for U.S. contestants due to credit card charges.)
